Shoes designed Overseas, made and sold in China
The economists expect the disposable income of the urban families in China will at least double in the next decade ahead. The explosive growth of China’s emerging middle class has brought sweeping economic change and social transformation. The upper middle class is poised to become the principal engine of consumer spending over the next decade. As income increases, social activities will follow suit. The demand of shoes are expected to increase to meet various occasions in a changing lifestyle. The evolution of the middle class means that we have to face the sophisticated and seasoned shoppers who are able and willing to pay a premium for quality and to consider discretionary goods and not just basic necessities. Especially, the younger generation from 20 to 35 are confident, independent minded, westernized and determined to display that independence through their consumption.
In view of the social and economic changes in China, we shall cooperate with our overseas counterpart to induce the foreign design for our products made in China. If necessary, we shall import the upper material to maintain the quality being comparable to those made in Italy. We intend to meet the demand of the upper middle class to provide product with affordable prices。For such objective, we have set up a wholesales outlet in Guangzhou Fortune World Plaza, a sizable thematic wholesales mall for shoes and their fringe supplies. We shall explore our target market, we would strengthen our connection with distributors in various regions of China.

安排国外品牌设计开发之皮鞋在国内生产与销售
经济学者估计中国城市居民的收入,在未来十年将会倍增。城市的高中产阶层将成为主要的消费群。当生活较富裕,闲暇时间增多,更多的工余及社交活对鞋的需求必会增加。中产阶层的扩张, 显示消费者的见识更丰富、更有购物经验。他们愿意付出额外的代价去取得较佳款式及高质的产品,他们会购买更多自决的个人使用产品。其中20-35岁的年青一代思想较为独立、较自信、较受西方的生活模式影响。他们倾向于从消费行为中显示他们的独立性。
面对中国社会的快速转变, 我们与外国品牌合作,安排他们设计的皮鞋在中国生产,采用高貭面料,将售价降低, 但仍保持原来的设计风格及貭量。我们除在广州财富广场设立销售点外,并接触各地区的分销渠道,建立全国的销售网络。
